Veteran’s Memorial Dedication

American Legion Post 155 of Howells has planned a ceremony to dedicate a new Veteran’s Memorial.
The dedication is planned for Friday, November 10, at 2 pm at the Bohemian National/Trinity Lutheran Cemetery. The cemetery, located just west of Howells on “Old Hwy 91” is now the home of a recently installed Memorial to Honor all Veterans!
Please Note: The 10th will be observed this year as Veteran’s Day, as well as the actual November 11, which falls on a Saturday this year.
The public is heartily invited to attend the Friday ceremony – which will include dedication and blessing of the Memorial, a gun salute and the playing of Taps.
A light lunch and refreshments will follow at the Howells Post 155 Legion Hall. All are welcome.
The dedication will be hosted by Members of Howells Post 155. Legion members from other local communities are also invited to attend.
